This is the 25th year this event has been running.  Taste the ciders and perries of the previous autumn now ready for drinking.  Enjoy walking the orchards full of blossom, the promise of another harvest of apples and pears for eating and drinking.

‘Food and Festivals in a Recession’

The state of the UK ecomony has had a profound effect on sales of local food and attendance (or spend) at festivals and markets.

This year’s conference will look at the ways that recession and public sector custs have affected support for local food, and at what food festivals, producers and community growing groups can do to make sure the UK food renaissance survives.
