We produce lamb for the freezer usually selling half a lamb at a time directly from our farm. The lamb is butchered and individual cuts are vac packed, weighed and labelled. We aim to finish the majority our lamb from grass and then hang the carcass for 2 weeks to give a more enriched flavour.
